Pregnant Woman on Beach Cake Topper

This was made to sit on top of an already made cake.  The woman was traveling to Puerto Rico and wanted something she could place on top.

She wanted something beach themed, involving a woman who was pregnant in a bikini.  This is what I came up with!  Everything is completely edible.
