30th Birthday Cupcakes; 200 Mini's!

I was asked to make cupcakes for a customer's 30th birthday party.  Right away I said yes, I loveeee making cupcakes.  Then his was said to me "I'll need about 200 mini cupcakes" and my mouth dropped!  200?!  I knew I could do it, I just knew it'd be a lot of work!  We both decided on Red Velvet with Cream Cheese, Marble with Chocolate Butter Cream, and Vanilla with Vanilla Butter Cream.  A few would have an edible image on it, a few would have black pearls on them, and the others would have silver sparkles.  I was very happy with them in the end.
