Chocoholic Cupcake; A Chocolate Cupcake To Die For

Here's a little back story:  A few months back I began making cupcakes for Matteo's in Huntington, NY.  It started off with just Red Velvet Cupcakes and plain Chocolate with Chocolate Mousse cupcakes.  A few weeks ago, the manager, Chris, asked for Strawberry Shortcake Cupcakes to be added.  Well, Chris decided a few nights ago that he wanted to revamp the Chocolate Cupcake and asked me to try a few things out... and this is what I came up with!

A Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Chips, filled with Chocolate Mousse, topped with Dark Chocolate Ganache and finished with White Chocolate on top.

Let's count how many times I said Chocolate... 1...2...3... FIVE times.  Yes, this is the ultimate Chocoholic Cupcake!
