Here we have a baby boy baptism cross cake.  (Say that 5 times fast, bet you can't!)

On top of the cross are baby blocks spelling out the little boys name, Aiden.  The words 'God Bless' are adorning the cake, as well as an open Bible.

Baby Boy Baptism Cake

I love how this cake came out.  It was for a baby boy's baptism.  I love the off set squares, I'm a sucker for cushion, and the baby blue drapes just set the cake apart.  We were in a rush to deliver it, so sadly I only got one picture.  I hope they loved it as much as me!

Baby Boy Baptism Cake

This cake was made from a 3/4 sheet cake and a 1/2  sheet cake stacked on top of one another.  The color scheme was baby blue, warm brown and pearl white.  The cake features a continuous quilted pattern, which at every corner has a baby blue pearl. The cross is made of warm brown gumpaste decorated with baby blue squares.  The top of the cake was covered in a thin layer of baby blue fondant, then was covered with hand cut 'JAE' for the boys initials.
